HK is building the wall for the spare room so that we can have sleepers in there soon.
Right now there's a big hole because of the new stairs and it's not a very safe place to be.
Metal studs and sound proofing will go into the wall as well as fancy soundproof drywall.

Is hk looking tired. i don't need a fancy wall to protect me from big empty:::not afraid of heights and don't walk in sleep. in fact rather enjoy the excitement of big spooky hole in room where I'm sleeping: space for the unconscious to stick a tentacle up into the conscious, he he he!
