Fireplace is Finally Finished

The fireplace is finally complete.  The hearth was installed today and looks wonderful

We are absolutely thrilled with the hearth! It is really gorgeous.

It was a very long, slow and painstaking part of the renovation.

Fireplace and Insulation Nearing Completion

The insulation and vapor barrier are complete everywhere but over the new front door.

The fireplace is just awaiting the hearth piece which should arrive in a few days.
